Ignorance of waste management law is not an excuse for non compliance
It is important for homeowners and businesses to comply with legislation surrounding waste management and disposal but unless you have access to specialist advice, this may not be easy.
Fail to comply and you could find yourself subject to prosecution and ignorance is not an acceptable excuse in the eyes of the law.
